Bibliotec is a collaborative venture to create more effective, meaningful communication while pushing the marriage of tech and creativity into new directions. Bibliotec focuses on helping social and scientific entities to engage wider audiences through the telling of beautiful and interactive stories with data .
For the identity, we drew on a the visual cues of the 1960's, a time where a general optimism around social and scientific change for good was so well expressed through the aesthetics of the period. We chose to use hexagons as a way to talk about different facets of the world, and balance strong bursts of colour and imagery with neutral backgrounds and geometry.
